Welcome to TrackStars! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including booking and participating in our remote control (RC) car racing experiences. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your slot. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Note that no-shows, especially for Open Racing sessions, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Safety and Conduct

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner without a refund. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence or misuse.

5. Liability

Participation in RC car racing involves inherent risks. TrackStars is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property sustained while on our premises or using our equipment.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
