Refund Policy

Party & Corporate Event Bookings

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event free of charge if the request is made at least 7 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Open Racing Sessions

  • No Refunds for No-Shows: Failure to attend your booked Open Racing session without prior notice (a "no-show") will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. No refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your Open Racing session up to 48 hours before your booked time, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you will receive a credit to use for a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

General Terms

To request a cancellation or to reschedule, please contact us directly. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
